This results in the following featrues:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>homogeneous belt structure without weaknesses<\/li>\n<li>high precision in the production process<\/li>\n<li>low vibration<\/li>\n<li>low noise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Used materials\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Normally, our drive belts are comprised of a <strong>polyester<\/strong> or <strong>kevlar<\/strong> tension member and a coating of <strong>NE or PU<\/strong> on one or both sides. Depending on the version, this enables us to meet both extreme (breakout force up to approx. 8000 N per cm endless) or filigree (smallest pulley diameter approx. 6 mm) requirements.
