The company Max Schlatterer GmbH & Co. KG from Herbrechtingen has opened its first international subsidiary “Esband USA Inc.” in the United States of America on April 01, 2022. The production of drive, conveyor and processing belts will remain exclusively at the Herbrechtingen site. In Midlothian near Richmond in the state of Virginia, Schlatterer starts with a sales office. The sales team starts with experienced colleagues, Christian Montes and Ryan Roloff are already with years of experience in the American belting industry. They will support existing customers and acquire new customers. “When I visited Herbrechtingen for the first time, I immediately noticed the family atmosphere as well as the modern standards of production. I am very pleased to represent Esband in my home country in the future,” reports Christian Montes EVP/GM. Managing partner Thomas Beckh is also proud of the development of the Max Schlatterer company. Managing Director Sales Jens Färber and Global Sales Manager Jochen GeiĂźler traveled to Midlothian for the opening ceremony. “I am delighted to be here today to attend the opening of our new subsidiary. We are very excited about the new projects and opportunities that will be created by Esband USA,” says Jens Färber.
